Leads are delivered instantly via WhatsApp and email. You'll receive the customer's contact details and job description as soon as the lead is purchased.
Yes, you can update your service areas from your Profile page. Go to Profile → Service Areas to make changes.
Go to the Buy Credits page from your dashboard. You can purchase credit packs of different sizes using various payment methods including credit card and EFT.
If you receive a lead that doesn't match your services or is invalid, contact support immediately. We review all lead complaints and may issue credit refunds for valid cases.
